We are looking for

• We are looking for a Deputy Head of Investor Relations to lead our North American Investor Relations program, working closely with the Head of Investor Relations, CEO/CFO, and the finance leadership team

We count on you for:

• You’ll be the key point of contact for North American investors (equity and credit);

• Develop and maintain sell-side relationships as our coverage evolves;

• Draft press releases, including quarterly results;

• Be accountable for the Q&A documents;

• Manage the Investor Relations targeting map for North America;

• Be the key investor relations point of contact for annual and sustainability reports;

• Responsible for the internal “sell side” shadow model;

• Owner of ad-hoc presentations (e.g. webinars) for the investment community.

You will bring:

• 3-5 years of corporate Investor Relations experience;

• Preferably with a sell-side background;

• Sector experience would be preferable, but not essential;

• Excellent understanding of financial models and valuations;

• Curious mindset and collaborative approach;

• Strong communicator (both oral and written).

You will get:

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $145,000 to $180,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.

• 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
