Responsible for gathering and analyzing user requirements, provide end-to-end solutions of Heterogenous and homogenous datasets to cloud migration and upgradation as required. Further be actively involved in migration to Microsoft Azure or other platforms as desired.Specific duties include:• Understand users and stakeholders needs for data migration and upgrade projects through detailed analysis of scope, challenges, and objectives.• Develop comprehensive solutions for migrating and upgrading heterogeneous and homogeneous datasets to cloud platforms, consider data compatibility, security, scalability, and performance.• Lead or participate in all phases of data migration projects, including planning, ETL processes, testing, and deployment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.• Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate predictive models and algorithms into existing systems.• Implement machine learning pipelines to optimize data processing and decision-making processes, utilizing platform-specific tools like Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms for efficient data migration and performance optimization.• Coordinate with teams, vendors, and clients to align data migration with business objectives, ensuring stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the process.• Implement measures to maintain data integrity, consistency, and security during migration and upgrade activities, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.• Provide expert assistance to troubleshoot technical issues during migration projects, optimizing performance and implementing corrective actions as required.• Create comprehensive documentation, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure consistency across projects and recommend improvements to existing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.• Contribute to post-project reviews to identify improvement areas. Proactively implement enhancements to processes, tools, and methodologies for increased efficiency and effectiveness.Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related degree, and five years of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related position. Experience must include the following:• Leading complex technology initiatives with broad impact across the company.• Acting as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines.• Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting for projects and programs.• Reviewing and analyzing complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environments, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors.• Experience in IBM Infosphere Data Stage 11.7, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), SSIS, Microsoft Azure, pyspark, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, OBIEE, People Tools, Oracle 19c, MS SQL Server, Azure DevOps, UNIX/LINUX Shell Scripting, Autosys, GitHubRelocation may be required. Travel to unanticipated worksites nationwide will be required. Remote employment is an option in some instances. Multiple openings.
