SOUTHEAST UTAH HEALTH DEPARTMENT Preparedness Planner/Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) Coordinator in PRICE, Utah
The Southeast Utah Health Department is seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to serve as the Preparedness Planner/Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) Coordinator in the Price office. This role is responsible for preparing and revising emergency preparedness plans, coordinating with local emergency managers, hospitals, healthcare facilities, and community organizations, as well as leading training and exercises. The MRC Coordinator will also manage, recruit, and train volunteers to strengthen community response capabilities in Carbon, Emery, and Grand Counties. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Services or a related field, two or more years of experience in a healthcare setting, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Starting pay $18.00 - $25.00/Hour depending on experience and education. This position is 30-40 hours per week with the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
