Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist (Temporary)

Two week-long project with Hybrid hours

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate to join a leader in refreshing beverages, as an Inventory Control Specialist in our Preston, WA office ! This temporary role, expected to last about two weeks, offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the supply chain operations of one of America's fastest-growing CPG companies. Job Specifications:

- Job Type: Temporary

- Location: Hybrid (Preston, WA office, 3+ days a week)

- Pay Rate: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

- Shift: Flexible based on department needs

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory transfers between locations, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.

• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.

• Update inventory records in the system and maintain proper documentation of all inventory movements.

• Support with cycle counts, stock adjustments, and physical inventory processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in invoice coding; supply chain experience preferred.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Self-motivated with the capability to navigate ambiguous situations.

• Curiosity and analytical skills to interpret complex data and communicate solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a welcoming approach to collaboration.

• Flexibility and adaptability to embrace change.
