nVent HR Manager in Prejmer, Romania

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
You will be leading our HR team and our people agenda in Romania with a site in Prejmer with around 600 employees and a Shared Service Center in Brasov with around 90 employees and. It includes the responsibility and partnership with the plant leadership as well as with international leaders and their teams based in Brașov.
Feed into and launch global HR initiatives at local level considering change management.
Lead the delivery of HR day-to-day work, checking and keeping processes up to date together with your team.
Develop and lead your team of 6 members who are local HR Business Partners, HR Coordinators and HR Specialists.
Collaborate closely with site leadership to tackle various HR challenges, such as hiring new talent, retaining existing employees, and leading performance. Stay up to date on industry trends to provide informed and strategic HR guidance, acting as a trusted advisor to site leadership on all matters related to people and market influences.
Partner with global managers to guide their navigation at local level and support the evolution of shared services and other centralized functions
Collaborate with the nVent HR Centers of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRIS and functional HR colleagues across the globe
YOU HAVE:
Degree in Human Resources, economics, psychology, law or comparable
Extensive experience in Human Resources, ideally in an international matrix environment
Strong customer first attitude combined with a balanced level of assertiveness
Hands-on mentality to get things done; build an environment of inclusiveness
The wish to bring your ideas to the table and drive for realization in a trustful collaboration with your team
Fluent English for a seamless communication
Shared Services experience as a plus
