What will you be doing?

• Plant Manager is responsible for the daily management and coordination of plant operations including production, operations, and shipping.

• The Plant Manager will provide direction to supervisors, offering professional expertise and monitoring performance to ensure that departmental and individual objectives are achieved.

• Motivate employees to perform at, or above, expected levels while maintaining a safe, legally compliant workplace, and enforcing compliance with all corporate policies and procedures

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a plant manager.

• Great interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate others.

• Metalworking experience is a plus.
