MILWAUKEE VALVE COMPANY, LLC 1St Shift Maintenance Supervisor in PRAIRIE DU SAC, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reviews work orders and ensures that work schedules are met. Organizes and assigns work. Supervises skilled and semi-skilled employees performing major repairs and preventive maintenance to buildings and equipment and grounds. Anticipates maintenance and personnel problems and resolves problems to minimize their effects on production. Makes sure safety issues are addressed and solved. Responsible for spare parts inventory. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities - The Foundry Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of all maintenance personnel in the foundry. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
