Join us as the CFO of one of The LEGO Group’s key regions! This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic direction, financial leadership and operational execution on a global scale.

Core Responsibilities

  • Be the Head of CEEMEA Finance and a trusted Finance Business Partner (“right hand”) to the CEEMEA SVP

  • Co-lead business and organizational decisions together with the CEEMEA Leadership Team

  • Bring end-to-end strategic & financial leadership and operational discipline enabling delivery of critical business objectives

  • Drive accountability, leverage insights & analytics, and constrictively challenge to deliver sustainable business growth and financial performance

  • Be a stewardship champion leading others in designing and operationalizing effective governance models

  • Lead, enable, motivate and develop a team of finance leaders across CEEMEA markets

  • Actively contribute to the Markets & Channels Finance Partnering Leadership Team helping build partnering capabilities across the broader finance organization

This role will be part of the Markets & Channels Finance Business Partnering team, a group of finance professionals who support markets and channels across the world to deliver The LEGO Group's vision and short term & long term business results. Specifically this role will lead the M&C CEEMEA Finance Business Partnering team, which has team members spread across various Central and Eastern Europe, and Middle East & Africa countries with diversified profiles and backgrounds, seamlessly collaborating and supporting each other.

Do you have what it takes?

The successful candidate is a strong business and people leader, excelling in the following areas:

  • Proven track record of strategic commercial contributions, operational excellence and sustainable results delivery in collaboration with multifunctional partners at senior levels.

  • End to end toolbox developed through significant finance experience, particularly in a business partnering capacity, in a multinational context.

  • Strong listener, communicator and influencer, effectively engaging across organization (up, down and across), comfortable in sharing their point of view and managing constructive conflicts, also with more senior counterparts.

  • Significant experience in leading, enabling and developing highly effective teams (in a multinational or remote setup), championing diversity and inclusion.

  • People & results-driven, self-starter, applying simplicity & productivity attitude, with curiosity & agility to continuously learn.
