Oracle Software Engineer for Tax team - fresh graduate in PRAGUE, Czech Republic

The NetSuite Global Business Unit is part of Oracle’s Cloud Business Software Suite. The NetSuite application is one unified business management suite that encompasses Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and financials, Customer Resource Management (CRM), and e-commerce, making it easier for customers to focus on what they do best – running their business. The ERP team helps customers manage their planning and forecasting, purchasing and manufacturing, sales and billing, and all required financial accounting.

The Tax team is delivering core Tax framework in NetSuite, that international customers rely on for accounting and tax purposes. You will join a small, friendly, high-performing international team, with members in the Prague office, Brno and in Philippines. Our tech stack includes Java, Oracle DB, TypeScript and React. We love collaboration, quality, clean code and test automation.

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer who will join us at Oracle NetSuite in Prague. We love quality, clean code and test automation. We are seeking best-in-class engineers with the expertise and passion for solving challenging unique problems. You will use your knowledge and creativity to craft and build innovative new systems from the ground up. You will be writing code, completing programming projects, and performing testing and debugging of Oracle NetSuite software. You will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking technologies to tackle real-world problems in a collaborative, agile environment.

This role is for someone who wants to be involved with all phases of the development process : specification, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In our teams, you will learn not only about the software, but also about the business and our customers, helping you become a well rounded individual. We'd like you to be passionate about clean code, quality, and SOLID principles. Our team ensures that all junior software engineers receive continuing education and code review mentorship daily. If you want to work in an agile environment with continuous integration and TDD practices, our team would be a phenomenal fit.
