• In this position, you will handle internal and external inquiries about TIA Portal WinCC Comfort/Advanced and the associated Comfort Panel/WinCC Adv. Runtime. But also to TIA Portal STEP 7 in general, OPC UA and PLCSIM Advanced.

• You will analyze the requests and provide subsequent technical product information, application consulting, troubleshooting or Workarounds.

• In addition, when you involve partners, you coordinate all the necessary measures and forward identified potential for improvement to the responsible bodies

• You operate a 24-hour/365-day system hotline by using the Time difference between the support centers in Europe, America and Asia

• In the event of an escalation, you will support the clarification of problems on site

• You formulate the requirement and hand it over to the

• product management, if an inquiry turns out to be a requirement for a Siemens Product highlights

• You will also be the central contact person for MSS (Managed System Support) customers to manage holistic projects

• The basis for your success is a completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an associate engineer, and you ideally havean additional qualification, e.g. as a technician

• You have several years of professional experience in automation technology as well as in dealing with and supporting external customers or internal partners for SIMATIC PLC products (SW and HW)

• In addition, you have plant experience in the automation environment

• You also have knowledge of programming as well as Simulation and communication of SIMATIC controllers

• You have experience in programming C# and bring TIA knowledge with personally, you are characterized by a very high level of teamwork, collegiality,assertiveness as well as argumentation skills

• English round off your profile , (optional: German would be great)
