Microsoft Corporation Senior Technical Program Manager in Prague, Czech Republic
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our CAPE team and become a driving force behind the continued success of M365 Copilot, Copilots in Teams and Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Teams is the cornerstone of collaboration, uniting the power of Office 365 to empower teams worldwide to achieve more. As we continue to evolve and expand, we are on a mission to support adoption and usage of M365 Copilot in Teams, supporting customers in achieving their fullest potential by leveraging the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and collaborative communications.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will engage with our most strategic customers advising them on the right approach to leverage Teams, M365 Copilot and extensibility to harness the full potential of their data, collaboration and business processes. You will build strong relationships with cross-disciplinary teams from Engineering and bring back insights from real customer scenarios into the product truth. You will also be accountable for driving awareness and alignment with internal teams around voice of customer themes that emerge as part of your engagements, making sure key challenges and feature gaps are channelled back into our plan to improve our product.
This role will focus on M365 Copilot extensibility, Graph Connector, and Teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Teams and Copilot extensibility, and will possess the ability to work strategically and proactively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Support M365 Copilot and Graph Connectors product evolution by collaborating closely with strategic customers and cross-functional internal teams from Engineering and our field organization, as you help shape the planning, development, and deployment of cutting-edge cloud services and article intelligence, seamlessly integrated with M365 Copilot, Copilots in Teams, Graph Connectors and Microsoft Teams.
Support envisioning and key user scenarios for how M365 Copilot and Microsoft Team can be used to support business outcomes and enhanced productivity, including leveraging Copilot extensibility and Graph Connectors.
Ability to understand and develop custom solutions and Agents using development tools such as Copilot Studio.
Be the voice of our customers, guiding the roadmaps of dependent feature teams to ensure we stay ahead in the game, by influencing our platform and extensibility vision around how best to evolve our developer offering.
Drive execution and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-group and cross-discipline projects to successful completion.
Develop collateral for Rhythm of Business activities, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Monitor and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform our future direction.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND proven record of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Experience directly engaging with enterprise customers is a must. Strong understanding of enterprise customers' needs and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms. Ability to lead customer conversations about AI innovation and integration, addressing customer objections when preparing for Copilot extensibility.
Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and data pipelines. Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
Ability to partner effectively with other product managers and engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions.
Leadership: Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of achieving key results.
Passion for AI: Deep interest in AI and its potential to transform businesses and industries.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND proven record of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
Advanced experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Hands-on experience creating Customer solutions, assessing business need and delivering Proof of Concepts (PoC)/Pilots for customers that lead to production deployments will be a plus.
