Oracle QA Analyst 2-ProdDev in PRAGUE, Czech Republic
Job Description
As a Software Quality Engineer in Manufacturing & Distribution, you will be part of a team that is a collaborative, global organization consisting of developers and analysts with deep knowledge of ERP system.
You will develop and execute test plans to ensure quality of software releases.
You will also be responsible for test planning, test plan generation, hands-on testing, and problem reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards
Develop and execute software test plans
Maintenance documentation of test results
Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions
Develop standards and procedures to improve quality guidance methods
Automate tests using test frameworks
Submit and verify bugs
Perform manual testing where necessary
Monitor product development and usage at all levels with an eye toward improving product quality
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
Analytical skills
Basic programming / scripting skills and/or fluency in expressing concepts using pseudo code
Ability to transform unstructured free form text into formal language
Fluent English
Proven people skills with an emphasis on teamwork
Detail oriented personality
Ability to work on multi time zone environment
Ability to take personal responsibility
ADVANTAGE:

Responsibilities
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design, install and evaluate quality control methods and systems. Design continuing maintenance of product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.
