INVOICE TO CASH CREDIT CONTROLLER WITH ITALIAN

Location: Prague

Contract: full time, permanent

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

• Ability to ensure constructive key account discussions and build positive relationships Regular and strong connect with Commercial team and key cross functional stakeholders Lead active dispute management incl. root cause analysis and follow up

• Pro-active management of receivables (anticipate risk and react to changing conditions)

• Anticipate any business changes (e.g. Market dynamics, healthcare system changes, VAT regulations... etc.) and connect with key stakeholders to address them timely to minimize any impact on performance

• Act as a key interface between the collection team, customer services and commercial teams.

• Primary Go To person for given market.

• Develop and upskills the collection team's knowledge of local market

• BVA (Budget Versus Actual) analysis and identify main driver for deviation

• Drive process improvement initiatives to support process changes, standardization, suggesting ideas to automate processes and enhancing the customer service experience

• Participate in regional projects, as required (E-commerce, Dunning, Statement, Cross customers…)

• Market and customer visit when required

• Adhere to relevant processes for Compliance, SOX and Audit requirements.

• Knowledgeable to corporate policies and procedures relating to AR, collections, credit exposure, bad debt and other policies and procedures

Qualifications

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

• 6 years Order To Cash experience with holistic credit & risk expertise. Preference in the local market and healthcare or FMCG industries

• Fluent English and country official languages required (for the assigned market/region) A thorough understanding of the accounting , financial analysis, finance disciplines

• A comprehensive understanding of business and European credit law (or for the assigned market/country)

• Sound business communication and negotiation skills

• Ability and willingness to work effectively in a matrixed, multi-cultural and virtual environment

• Fluent in English & Italian
