Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Advisor, you will be delivering a consistent service to the customers of our EMEA shared service center located in our German speaking countries. This means to meet the customers’ expectations and provide them with the best service, incorporating the LEGO® values. Your responsibilities would be as following:
Driving regional project transitions, new market adoptions, operational excellence & eye for global standardization
Defining and creating hire-to-retire process descriptions / work instructions etc.
Coordinating and providing high quality subject matters expertise to administrative tasks in current & potential scope
Proactively seeking improvements and solutions based on new insights
Creating and Maintaining knowledge databases to ensure consistent processes and answers to maintain service excellence at all times
Establishing & maintaining excellent stakeholder relations
Mentoring more junior team members

The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) is a shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations; Monterrey, Prague and Singapore. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years. Do you have what it takes?
Previous Hire to Retire working experience; with solid understanding of Hire to Retire processes, familiar with HR policies and legislation (preferably for Germany); knowledge in time & attendance is a plus
Familiar with administration and calculation of employee benefits
Proven track record of regional partner management with good business insight
Courage to present confidently to a larger crowd up to senior management of the organization
Advanced in MS office
Curiosity about Digital HR; Power BI, Power Automate
Previous experience with HCM e.g. SAP HR, Workday
Solid project planning, organizational and time management skills
Great teammate with high interpersonal, communication, critical thinking and analytical skills
Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proactive, and collaborative approach
Experience with transitions and project management would be an advantage
Both English and German language on advanced level
