IBM Automation Brand Partner Specialist in Prague, Czech Republic

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a naturally skilled relationship builder, you'll establish trusted advisor relationships with your assigned customers and partners. You'll develop strategic growth plans, set revenue objectives, and define enablement goals to ensure successful delivery through ecosystem. Plan will contain ecosystem growth as a foundation for business growth. Your achievements will not only drive your career forward but also empower your partners to thrive and your clients to succeed.

This role is responsible for selling with and through ecosystem and is accountable for IBM Automation Software sales result in the assigned territory. In this role, you'll align territory planning, demand generation, lead passing, and sales execution between IBM Sales squad team (Digital Sales, Technology experts, Marketing team, IBM Services, IBM support) and our partners. This alignment aims to drive revenue generation and growth within your assigned territory and portfolio.

A day in the life of this role may include engaging with IBM expert teams, leveraging ecosystem programs for joint demand generation with ecosystem, improving partner lead-passing discipline, and negotiating commitments to solutions-all while maintaining strong relationships with clients, external partners, and internal teams. Usual routine will include client interactions to understand their priorities and agenda for digital transformation and presenting unique value proposition of IBM Automation Software, engaging skilled IBM partners for complex overall solutions and coordinating joint activities to provide fully value to clients.

In order to succeed in this position, it is essential to have a high level of expertise in cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships both with customers and ecosystem, as well as effectively marketing technology partner sales offerings. Your proven track record of successful sales with customers, collaborative efforts with partners, and exceptional communication skills across different levels will set you apart. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

While knowledge of IBM Automation Software product suite is preferred, don't worry-we provide full training on IBM's technologies. You'll also gain a deep understanding of IBM's competitive differentiations and the market landscape to help you succeed.

Professional experience in selling one or more out of-Business Process Management software, integration software, application and network monitoring software, application middleware/runtime/DevOps is an advantage.

It would be great if you have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in technology and/or software sales in Czech Republic and hold bachelor degree in technology or business.

It would be great if you are team player with experience in partner-based business.

Fluency in Czech language is mandatory.
