About the Role: Are you a collaborative leader with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement? Join our team as the Director for our Applications Prague Site! In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations and support our teams in delivering the NetSuite Product to our customers. Your responsibilities include fostering collaboration amongs domain teams and setting them up for success in delivering on our global priorities. Additionally, you’ll mentor domain team leaders and encourage their personal growth and build a strong community within the site, through town halls, meetings, and cross-tribe events.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day site operations- Cultivate community and collaboration- Serve as the point of contact for other locales- Coordinate with local managers on hiring, attrition, and training- Collaborate with IT/Security/DevOps to support product development- Work with HR on policy changes and guidelines- Coordinate with Real Estate & Facilities for office and seat allocation

Qualifications/Skills: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering or equivalent- 8+ years of leadership experience- Familiarity with software development best practices- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- In-depth understanding of modern web applications in a distributed environment- Effective communicator in both technical and non-technical contexts- Experience coaching and mentoring other managers
