Stanley Black and Decker Administrative Specialist in Prague, Czech Republic
Purpose
As an administrative specialist, you will be responsible for the administrative and business processes, including office operations, communication with vendors, organizing EHS trainings. The main responsibilities also include occasional fleet management and IT support, database update and time and attendance handling.
Major responsibilities
• Communication regarding the office functionality (suppliers, building management, cleaning company, authorities, etc.)
• EHS management (communication with EHS vendor, organizing onboarding and annual medical checkup)
• Management of office operations (office supply ordering, handover protocol creation and overview, asset collection and handover supervision, administration of office related documents, office inventory bookkeeping, event organization-team gathering)
• IT & fleet support
• PO creation and invoice handling
• Monthly time & Attendance process
Our requirements
• Proficiency in Czech & English spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and approach proactively day-to-day tasks
• Relevant degree and / or equivalent experience
• Must be proficient at Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High sense of responsibility and accountability as sensitive information is handled (emails, documents)
• Ability to organize daily tasks efficiently
• Analytical thinking and multi-tasking
• Periodical reporting of business process overview
• Nice to have: SAP, SOP writing, business process optimization and reporting experience
