What youll do:

Position title: SAP Services iXp Intern Student Talent Engagement and Attraction

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Expected start date: September/ October, 2024, 1 year

  • As an TA intern you will learn all stages from the beginning of the recruiting process till the start date of the new hire.

  • You will:

  • Participate in the tasks of recruiting organization and will have an opportunity to contribute actively to the recruiting process (job postings, screening candidates, meet hiring managers, system management, administration etc.) individually or via your support to the EMEA recruiters team, both locally and internationally.

  • Actively source for new candidates and conduct interviews.

  • Support the team and management with reporting and analytics.

  • Cooperation we are in daily touch with other HR teams.

What you bring:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Masters degree student enrolled in the university program.

  • Interested in Human Resources area.

  • Fluent in English possessing excellent communication skills.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Able to proceed with tasks independently & confident to cooperate in global environment.

  • Preferred assignment for full time (40 hours/ week) or 80% part time (32 hours/ week).

Our team is located in 4 different locations supporting hiring mainly of the students positions such as internships and apprenticeships within EMEA region. Apart from our team cooperation we are in daily touch with other HR teams, hiring managers and candidates.
