What you'll do
EMEA Collections Support: Assist in managing and optimizing the collections process for the EMEA region, ensuring timely account reconciliation, and contributing to cash flow improvement.
Transformation Project Participation: Play an integral role in supporting ongoing transformation projects within the O2C organization, including process automation and efficiency enhancements.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the team members across functions to ensure smooth operation and successful project outcomes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather and relay necessary information.
Learning and Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities within the organization to understand O2C end-to-end processes and systems, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Agile Implementation: Adopt an agile mindset to quickly adapt to changing environments and challenges, contributing to the agile evolution of the team and processes.
What you bring
Currently enrolled in a business, finance, or related program.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Exhibits a great personality that complements team dynamics and fosters a positive work environment.
Demonstrates an agile mindset, capable of rapidly adapting to change and contributing to the team's agility.
Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with team members and stakeholders across various levels.
Eager to learn, highly motivated, and committed to personal and professional growth.
