As a Customer Service Operations Specialist at P&G, you will play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing the processes that drive our customer interactions. You will be at the forefront of our supply chain operations by supporting daily communication with our customers, overseeing inventory management, ensuring order fulfillment and compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. Your expertise and attention to detail will be vital in meeting customer needs and exceeding their expectations.

What you’ll do when joining the team?

  • Support P&G's drive to be the #1 Supplier by responding to customer needs in a timely manner

  • Control order acquisition, including monitoring, customer contact, and problem escalation if needed

  • Monitor and implement supply chain KPIs using appropriate systems

  • Communicate order changes, corrections, and status internally and externally

  • Coordinate and support logistics projects with customers

  • Ensure on-time order processing and check shipment status

  • Support accounts receivable in closing open items through cooperation with customers and sales

  • Actively participate in strategic and operational projects

  • Manage the invoice archiving process, including checking printed invoices and mailing them to customers

Job Qualifications

Supply chain – very good understanding of processes & best practices

ERP experience – hav ing some or interest to learn, ideally SAP

Communication – effectively communicate to internal partners and external customers.

Analytical capabilities – data analysis & r eporting

Agility – Interface a broad section of customer orders, resolving issues/blocks

Languages – fluent Czech & English. A ble to communicate with Slovakian customers as well. Other cluster languages (Polish, Hungarian) would be an asset
