Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​

PowerGard Orders Specialist

Poznań, Poland

As a PowerGard Orders Specialist you will be a part of the Sales & Marketing Operations Center team that owns and executes the Operational processes to deliver smart solutions to our Sales Channel.

Your responsibilities: ​

• Independent verification and approval of incoming PowerGard applications.

• Maintenance and administration invoicing of incoming PowerGard applications in SAP.

• Working closely with Sales branches, Dealer network and Aftermarket departments across Europe.

• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives according to business needs and requirements.

Our requirements:

• Experience in customer service with knowledge of order processing, ideally with working knowledge of SAP

• Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred

• Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills

• University graduate

• Very good in English is a must

• Knowledge of a second language will be an additional advantage

• Adapting easily and focusing on customer

• Teamwork player - creating trust, with high communication skills
