Compliance Officer- Remote

Are you a proactive Compliance professional looking to grow your skills with a leading provider in renal dialysis services dedicated to enhancing the lives of patients with kidney disease worldwide every day?

We are seeking an agile and flexible to join our amazing Global Compliance Team, part of the Global Compliance Function. This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar compliance role, with a keen interest in developing their expertise further.

This is a full-time, remote working role, working Monday to Friday.

What does the role involve?

You will:

• Advise business colleagues in your area of responsibility in Compliance related matters.

• Communicate effectively and with maturity across global, regional, and national teams, as well as with external stakeholders such as clients and customers.

• Deliver practical compliance solutions whilst maintaining compliance with all applicable laws.

• Support and assist in compliance testing and monitoring to ensure adherence to government regulations and regulatory requirements.

• Evaluate internal operations, controls, and risk assessments while maintaining compliance documentation.

• Support in compliance related Global Projects in cross functional and international Teams.

About You, you will:

• 2-3 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the MedTech or related industry.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• An agile, hands-on and flexible mindset, eager to develop new skills.

• A confident and open communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
