• Technical Expertise:

• High knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Certification in relevant fields (e.g., HVAC certification, plumbing license, electrical license).

• Management Skills:

• Experience in managing a team, including scheduling, training, and conflict resolution.

• Problem-Solving:

• Ability to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues effectively.

• Organizational Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, budgets, and documentation.

• Communication:

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and management.

Experience:

• Previous experience in maintenance management or a related field.

• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) is a plus.
