Express Employment Professionals Office Administrator in Poulsbo, Washington
Overview:
A local architecture firm and its sister company specializing in Aging in Place solutions is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join their team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, facilitating communication, and supporting executive leadership, team members, and clients.
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, organize files, and maintain an efficient office system.
- Communication: Act as liaison between executives, clients, and partners ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Phone & Email Management: Answer and screen phone calls, respond to emails professionally.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas and taking notes.
- Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in planning and managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media accounts to enhance online presence.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all outgoing documents and communications meet company standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate projects.
- Financial Tasks: Submit payments for office bills and invoices accurately and on time.
- HR Duties: Onboard new employees, assist with payroll, and support HR-related tasks.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Office Supplies: Manage inventory and order necessary supplies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles within a fast-paced office environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet/phone applications.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field preferred.

Pay:
- $26.50-$28.50/hour DOE
- Raise and bonus opportunities available after 90 days
Future sales commission opportunities for candidates with experience in sales and lead generation
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
