Overview:  Join a dynamic and growing window company specializing in both commercial and residential projects. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple project schedules, ensuring timely and successful completion for a local window company.

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Manage and oversee all phases of multiple window installation projects, from initial planning to project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using GES (Global Engineering Solutions), ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
• Utilize Blue Beam and Partner Pack software for project planning, document management, and collaboration.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, status reports, and budget reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team, including site supervisors and technicians.
• Review project contracts, change orders, and other project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for project documentation, communication, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in the window or glazing industry.
• Proficient in GES, Blue Beam, Partner Pack, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, construction processes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Glazier experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions within the warehouse.

Pay: $65,000-$85,000/year DOE + Production Incentives for meeting time and budget deadline

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM
