Customer Onboarding Specialist
Poughkeepsie, NY
Pay : $20-$22/hour (dependent on prior relevant experience)
Bonus : 5% bonus potential

Responsibilities
Superior Onboarding Experience for our Customers
Identify Customer Onboarding Opportunity through New Machine Sales and Customer Requests
Manage customer requests for access to Vision Link, Cat Central, SOS, Cat Inspect and SIS2Go
Create Cat Web Security (CWS) IDs for all new users
Manage Cat Customer Identification Numbers (CCIDs)
Follow-Up with Customers After Onboarding to Ensure Application Adoption and Utilization
Ease of Doing Business with H.O. Penn driven by the Support of Customer Digital Solutions
Educate and Train Internal and External Customers on Vision Link, Cat Central, SOS, Cat Inspect, and SIS2Go
Support Customers that have Login Issues and Help Resolve Issues in the Caterpillar Digital Platforms to Drive Parts and Service Growth
Manage Requests from Caterpillar Digital for Support Issues
Management of Product Link Devices on Customer Assets
Activate Product Link devices on all Construction and EPG assets
Ensure Digital Authorization Forms are collected and uploaded into the required systems
Manage all Customer Connectivity Subscriptions to Reduce Expense to the Company
Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
Standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time
Hand coordination (typing and writing)
Occasional forward bending and reaching
Occasional walking and climbing stairs
Carrying (up to 20lbs.)
