HIRING AN LPN TO JOIN A WELL RECOGNIZED AND RESPECTED FACILITY!!!!!

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our internal medicine practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support physicians, and ensure smooth clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor patient health and record vital signs.

• Assist with patient examinations and procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC.

• Provide patient education and support.

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.

• Perform routine laboratory tests and sample collections.

• Manage patient appointments and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in New York State.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LPN.

• Proficiency in using EPIC electronic health records system.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
