Your Mission:
Respond promptly and effectively to all incoming communication via calls, texts, chats, and emails.
Understand and cater to customer needs, facilitating appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
Consistently meet daily outbound communication targets to potential customers using our proven sales processes.
Efficiently utilize our customer management software (VinSolutions) to track interactions and follow up effectively.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers as well as team members and management to ensure optimal service.
