Description We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in PORTSMOUTH, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and addressing client inquiries. Leveraging your knowledge of Accounting Software Systems and Excel, your main role will be to ensure precision and efficiency in all tasks related to accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

• Address customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Learn and use Accounting Software Systems and Excel in daily operations.

• Carry out Accounting Functions related to Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Perform Billing Functions as required.

• Utilize Excel Formulas for efficient data management and calculations.

• Ensure understanding and correct application of Debits/Credits in all tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to use Excel Formulas efficiently
