• You will apply knowledge and experience to support customers through multile medias including email, phone, teams and web live chat.

• You will be responsible for budget management daily work: raising purchase orders, tracking invoices and receipts, and supporting accurate forecasting.

• You will maintain the internal and external platforms with rigor, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and full adherence to data policy, including user data, content management, and user support.

• You will monitor and troubleshoot customer platform issues, escalating as needed to technical support or development teams

• You will be responsible for the logistics of in-person events, including customer workshops, internal team meetings, and content creation workshops.

  Who you are:

• You will have a proven background in an operations role, or related field

• You will have a passion to collaborate with others and have experience working within a large or multinational company.

• You are customer-focused and will have an unwavering attention to detail and a focus on problem-solving.

• You will have excellent oral and written communication skills (English).

• You will an aptitude for IT/software.

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• A deep understanding of Adobe Learning Manager, Salesforce, and SmartSheet).

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - or equivalent

• Experience in user registration used to deliver customer digital education
