Pall is looking for a German speaker with keen attention to detail to join our Customer Service team supporting our business operations and customers in the Aerospace industry.

The Customer Service Administrator - Aerospace is responsible to provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries. In this role, you will grow your knowledge of international business and compliance requirements specific to the aerospace industry.

This position is part of the Commercial Operations and will be located in Portsmouth, UK.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage orders from entry to delivery (Q2C) to maintain customer satisfaction

• Have a pivotal role in the organization communicating with multiple stakeholders

• Monitor and meet the requirements of current Contracts and Agreements

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Fluent in German and English (written / spoken)

• Computer literate (Windows)

• Professional diploma / Degree or years of experience equivalent

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Customer service environment in a manufacturing industry

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system

• Understanding of export requirements and Incoterms
