The Role

Autodesk is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner for its Customer Success Finance team. You will report to the Finance Director for the Enterprise Customer Success organization and will be the main business partner to the Senior Director for Enterprise Customer Success, AMER.

You will play a strategic role for the Enterprise Customer Success team in AMER, providing both qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to guide business decisions. You will possess strong collaboration skills, financial acumen, excellent business intuition, and the ability to provide advice while maintaining fiduciary duties as a finance team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Forecasting: Deliver accurate quarterly revenue and expenditure forecasts.

  • Risk Identification: Regularly review key performance metrics to identify and escalate potential financial risks.

  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company standards and policies.

  • Process Improvements: Recommend and implement process enhancements.

  • Strategic Analysis: Provide analysis on professional services offerings.

  • Token Consumption Forecasting: Predict product usage for Enterprise Business customers.

  • Customer Success Metrics Analysis: Derive insights from metrics like product consumption and value delivery.

  • Price Quantity Mix Analysis: Analyze this at the customer level to derive programmatic relationships.

  • Customer Analysis: Analyze the relationship between services and product adoption for customers.

  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Deliver occasional analysis to help business partners understand the financial implications of business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA equivalent, preferred

  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience with finance or business analysis background

  • Prior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company

  • Strong understanding of the finance functional areas, including revenue accounting, and compliance

  • Experience with forecasting and financial analysis

  • Ability to lead projects and mentor team members

  • Proficient understanding business drivers

  • Articulate and concise with strong communication skills

  • Individual must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be highly motivated

  • Strong business acumen and intuition needed for proactive partnership with stakeholders across the company

  • Ability to adapt and maintain quality standard in a complex and changing environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $124,700 and $201,740. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
