Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for financial management? Our client is seeking a Revenue accountant to join their team. This position will be responsible for various aspects of financial operations, including accounts receivable management, billing, and treasury functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including billing and collection of invoices.

• Maintain accurate records of customers and funders in the accounting system.

• Enforce accounts receivable policies and procedures.

• Ensure all billed items have proper approvals and supporting documentation.

• Review daily deposits and assign appropriate coding.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate recognition of revenue.

• Maintain cash receipts journal and input receipts into the accounting system.

• Prepare monthly accounts receivable aging report and reconcile accounts.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits.

• Adhere to privacy regulations and agency policies.

qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in financial operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
