Production Grinder

Job Description

• Role: Use a belt grinder to process rough/raw materials according to technical specifications.

• Environment: Dusty, loud, requiring protective gear (ventilated suit, head/face gear, gloves).

Responsibilities

• Operate a belt grinder.

• Follow technical specifications for precise grinding.

• Ensure quality and accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Adhere to safety protocols.

Essential Skills

• Experience with grinding processes.

• Proficiency with a belt grinder.

• General labor skills.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Physical stamina to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Attention to detail and precision.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
