Robert Half is partnering with a National Law Firm for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys from the onset through trial, preparing for each phase of litigation effectively.

• Draft a variety of legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, authorizations, interrogatories, and transmittal letters.

• Maintain and monitor client files, ensuring calendars are up-to-date, and regularly provide status updates.

• Assist in trial preparation, which includes organizing trial binders, coordinating with experts, opposing counsel, and court staff.

• Coordinate and schedule depositions efficiently.

  Requirements

• 2+ YOE in Litigation

The salary range for this position is $27-32/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
