Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Event Coordinator in Portland, Oregon. The primary function of this role is the implementation and coordination of marketing events and partnerships, with a particular focus on multicultural audiences. The Event Coordinator will work closely with a dedicated team of brand strategists and marketers to create excitement in the marketplace and drive engagement through innovative brand platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of experiential events that effectively promote the brand to diverse audiences

• Collaborate with the Public Affairs team in creating and implementing marketing strategies that amplify brand visibility

• Manage various aspects of event coordination, from logistics to budgeting processes

• Leverage skills in CRM and Crystal Reports to maintain and analyze data related to event performance and audience engagement

• Utilize communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with partners and stakeholders, ensuring smooth event execution

• Coordinate differentiated partnerships that align with the brand's objectives and values

• Utilize 'About Time' and 'Fusion' tools for efficient time management and task coordination

• Manage catering requirements for events, ensuring all food and beverages align with the event theme and audience preferences

• Ensure all events are executed within budget, making necessary adjustments to processes and resources as needed. Requirements

• Proven experience in event coordination

• CRM knowledge and experience

• Channel marketing, Project Management and Coordination skills

• Understanding and experience in budget processes

• Creative messaging experience

• Exceptional communication skills

• Strong customer service skills
