Essential Duties and Responsibilities & #9679; Perform and abide by safety policies and procedures while performing related assignments. & #9679; Maintain an organized, clean, safe and healthy working environment. & #9679; Repair, detect malfunctions, and regularly maintain equipment and/or physical structures, associated with specialty. & #9679; Works independently and brings projects and repairs to a completion in a timely manner & #9679; Maintain tooling, accessories, and equipment in safe, clean and in good working condition. & #9679; Focus is primarily maintenance projects that fall within the work specialty including the coordination of other projects, equipment, tools, parts and schedules while reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. & #9679; May keep inventory of maintenance supplies, materials, and may indicate when items need to be ordered. & #9679; May enter information related to specialty into inventory data system. & #9679; Analyze repair request and troubleshoot. & #9679; Conduct emergency maintenance and repair works. & #9679; Provide assistance to co-workers as needed and directed. & #9679; Attend job training and safety programs organized by, maintenance department, EHS, and H.R. & #9679; Adhere to company policies, safety regulations and OSHA requirements. & #9679; Perform maintenance tasks based on pictures, blueprints, written descriptions, and oral instructions from Supervisor. Including technical diagrams. & #9679; Confer or correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or non-conformance to specifications. & #9679; Follow industry best practices, applicable codes/regulations, and/or plant standards for all work activities. & #9679; Perform, understand, comprehend, and communicate basic math functions primarily related to all facets of Maintenance Specialty. & #9679; Clean and keep organized work areas during and at the end of the shift. & #9679; Any other related duties assigned. Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience & #9679; Ability to communicate, abide by, verify, and logically respond to safety policies, procedures, and concerns. & #9679; Four years of experience in facilities maintenance experience to include all phases of preventive and corrective maintenance, including industrial and/or commercial facilities maintenance associated with specialty is required. & #9679; Must be skilled in the use of the tools, materials, and equipment of the specialty trade. & #9679; Strong understanding of a variety of repair techniques and tooling operations associated with specialty. & #9679; Career record must include the demonstrated ability to work independently. & #9679; Minimum intermediate level computer skills with MS Office experience to include spreadsheets, word processing, and e-mail. & #9679; Demonstrate ability to successfully perform basic math and measurement functions. & #9679; Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and comprehend job specifications, measurements, blueprints, and/or detailed drawings. & #9679; Oral comprehension and expression skills to listen to and understand information and ideas presented verbally and then effectively communicate the info
