Jubitz is looking to add Janitorial Attendants to our Driver Services building in Portland! In your first 90 days, you will get to know your team, and learn standard operating procedures for your position. Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize shower facilities regularly.
• Monitor and restock shower supplies.
• Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a safe and organized shower area, addressing any spills or hazards.
• Ensure that shower facilities comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with maintaining inventory of shower supplies.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns regarding shower facilities.
• Provide information to customers about other amenities and services.
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and patience.- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required.
