Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator in Portland, Oregon. The primary function of this role is to manage administrative tasks, particularly focusing on the performance review process within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the performance management process using Microsoft Forms

• Collaborate with various levels of staff within the company to gather their feedback

• Prepare summary documents based on the collected feedback

• Schedule meetings with staff for performance review discussions

• Undertake electronic filing and organization of company documents

• Assist in processing I-9 forms

• Prepare offer letters for potential hires

• Conduct background checks on potential employees

• Work with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR-related tasks

• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer

• Handle tasks related to Ceridian, Concur, and About Time applications

• Perform auditing tasks and ensure compliance within the HR department

• Use Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks

• Oversee benefit functions within the organization. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Expertise in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian

• Ability to utilize Concur

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Strong auditing skills

• Experience in conducting background checks

• Understanding of various benefit functions

• Strong compliance knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites TalentMatch®
