\' You will be hired as part of our hold cleaning division. This group services our customers\' cargo hold cleaning by engaging in multiple operations to bring interior surfaces to standard by brushing, scraping, pressure washing, or other means of cleaning. \' You will be fitted with the most applicable safety equipment for the job as is currently on the market. Much of this work is done at height (10-60 feet aloft) through all seasons. \' You will be expected to work with a small team to complete short-term projects on time and within parameters. You will be encouraged to think creatively and work toward a common goal. \' This industry is market-driven. When there are ships, there is work. You will be on a call list and will get as much notice as possible for upcoming jobs. At times, we know about operations weeks in advance, other times we get maybe 24 hours\' notice. It is very much dependent on the job at hand.
