We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Extrusion Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment to produce thermoplastic hosing according to precise specifications. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and quality.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust extrusion machines according to product specifications and quality standards.

• Monitor the extrusion process to ensure products meet required specifications.

• Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to optimize product quality and output.

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure its optimal operation and longevity.

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 35lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
