Aston Carter Cost Accounting Analyst in Portland, Oregon

Job Title: Accounting AnalystJob Description

This position will manage the cost of projects and assist in purchasing activities to support the procurement team. You will work on projects ranging from $15 million to $150 million, primarily involving the development of renewable energy projects such as solar and wind farms. You will track costs and assist with forecasting and variance analysis.

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of Cost Accounting experience within manufacturing, construction, or renewable industry

  • 1+ year minimum experience in procurement or purchasing (Construction, renewables, utility, power plant industries)

  • Managing cost for projects from budgeting to actuals

  • Proficient to expert level experience with MS Excel and data analysis

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 36 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Portland, Oregon.

Work Environment

Located in Montgomery Park, the office has recently returned to full-time on-site work. You will work on PST if located on the West Coast or EST if on the East Coast. The office features an open and embracing layout with great views of the city and excellent amenities.
