Robert Half Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Portland, Oregon

Description

Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist a dynamic team in Portland and provide top-notch support to customers. This role is great for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills who can assist both English and Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries, scheduling, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Provide clear and accurate information to both English and Spanish-speaking customers.

  • Assist customers with scheduling, order processing, and account inquiries.

  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system.

  • Resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

    Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
