Description

We are offering a contract for a Full Charge Bookkeeper position in Portland, Oregon. The successful applicant will be a vital part of our team, with a primary focus on timekeeping for our workforce and data entry tasks in the printing and digital content creation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee timekeeping tasks for the workforce, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Manage manual clock ins and outs of employees, ensuring accuracy

• Conduct regular reconciliation of timecards for accurate record keeping

• Perform data entry tasks, transferring data from Monarch to ADP

• Maintain accurate accounting entries and records

• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping and accounting entries

• Manage and monitor employee accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary

• Ensure strong attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities

• Utilize skills in Data Entry, Time Keeping, ADP - Financial Services, and Accounting Entries in daily tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry is required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated experience in Time Keeping, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services software for managing payroll and other financial operations.

• Skilled in making Accounting Entries, including maintaining financial records and processing transactions.
