Description:

This SQE will be responsible for ensuring quality of products or services provided by suppliers is consistent with agreed requirements. They will help resolve issues between customer and suppliers and will be the main point of contact.

Day to day: They will work directly with suppliers making sure the customer requirements are met, do supplier audits on existing suppliers and evaluate possible new suppliers. If there is a quality issue with a supplier, then this person would lead the resolution by working with manufacturing and the supplier. They have 100 suppliers but they will be divided up between other QE's.

MUST HAVES:

2-5 years of Supplier Quality Engineering background

Microsoft Office/Word

PPAP/APQP experience

8D and 5Y experience

supplier audit experience
