Description We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Portage, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operations and staff of our shipping department, maintaining an efficient inventory system, and ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to meet production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scheduling and maintaining of an accurate and efficient inventory system.

• Ensure all production goals are met by monitoring processes and procedures.

• Handle the interviewing, training, development, and scheduling of employees in the shipping department.

• Maintain complete and accurate records.

• Conduct cycle counts as needed.

• Oversee the prompt issuance and completion of work orders.

• Foster a positive working relationship with suppliers, colleagues, and customers.

• Be available to come into the plant as needed, including outside normal shift hours and weekends.

• Obtain forklift certification and train employees on forklift operation.

• Work with the plant to reduce under-grade product, foreign material, and quality complaints.

• Play an active role in inspecting, reviewing, and following up on all plant and department audits.

• Emphasize, train, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).

• Cross-train with the receiving department to provide coverage as needed. Requirements

• Obtain forklift certification

• Have experience with ERP implementation

• Exhibit familiarity with ERP Solutions

• Exhibit strong skills in Auditing
