Job Title: Robotics Technician

Job Description:

Seeking a skilled robotics technician to join our team in the aluminum extrusion industry. This technician will be assisting with production by maintaining various robotics including Fanuc, ABB and Siemens robots. This role requires technical experience, attention to detail, and the ability to be coachable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and maintain Fanuc, ABB, and Siemens robotic systems in aluminum extrusion operations.

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on robotic cells to ensure minimal downtime.

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well as electrical systems up to 480 volts.

• Program and edit various controls systems including PLC's, VFD's, and HMI systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and complex technical drawings.

• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

• 3+ years of robotics troubleshooting and repair experience.

• Ability to program and/or program edit robotics.

• Ability to make adjustments on automation cells and repair end of arm tooling.

Shift and Pay:

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift availability

• Monday - Friday

• 8 hour days

• $30.00 - $36.00 per hour depending on experience
