Description:

Assists in the transfer of Design History files for multiple products to a new Quality Management System Assists in the collection and storage of Design History file documents that need to be transferred Evaluates quality of documentation against new QMS requirements and identifies gaps Assists in the collection of product prints and specifications (paper and electronic format) Undertakes assessment of components, modules, PCBAs – both on paper and through Altium/ECAD software. Undertakes design assessment of products with a focus on cabling, clearance, creepage, grounding and layout. Assists in execution of BOM health check on PCBA’s and electrical components identifying any items at risk of extended lead times and obsolescence Review of PCBA layouts and specifications for all products. Analysis of test data, test equipment etc used for assessing functionality and quality of the components Liases with CAD team for generation of new prints (where needed), review of specifications, notes and critical quality attributes. Ensures that the ECAD/Prints/Specifications adequately describe the design intent of the subject device, component or module. Verification of product specification through Print-to-Part inspections, bench testing etc using qualified inspection methods and equipment. Assists in the identification of Critical Quality Attributes on product print through risk-based assessment with quality Assists in the generation of DIOVV/Design Inputs/Traceability Matrices to support each of the products within the portfolio. Supports Quality, Regulatory, Marketing activities related to product risk and claims – identifying and executing engineering activities/testing to generate evidence. Reviews verification test protocols for each of the tests undertaken for verification focusing on suitability of test methods, use of qualified/ calibrated equipment, Measurement system analyses, Traceability of products used for testing, Statistical relevance of samples sizes (against requirements of new Quality Management System) and suitability of statistical analyses undertaken on collected data, and review of approvals and timing of approvals Assists in the development of test protocols for identified gaps in Verification, Validation or Marketing Claims. Manages execution and administration of product testing. Collaborate with wider integration team through supporting R&D requirements needed for parallel workstreams. In conjunction with the tech lead, organise technical reviews when needed. Document and file tech review content and meeting records Work closely with Project Management and technical leads communicating progress updates, Due Dates, Milestones, Delays, challenges and wins on a regular basis
