Press Brake Set-Up Operator
Responsibilities
Set-up, adjust, and operate brake press and punch press.
Set-up dies and gauges, adjust ram stroke to form materials.
Work from drawings, specifications, patterns, or templates.
Use scale, protractor, fixed angle, and radii gauges.
Sort and package parts.
Verify quantity and quality of material.
Move raw material to and from production areas as necessary.
Operate overhead crane while moving product.
Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures related to safety and conduct.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $54080.00
MEDICAL AND PHARMACY INSURANCE –Administered by UMR
❑ Option 1: High Deductible Health Plan (CDHP)
$3,200.00 deductible/single and $6,400/family. 80% In-network coinsurance. Free to all employees.
❑ Option 2: PPO Plan
$1,250 deductible/single and $2,500/family. 80% In-network coinsurance.
▪ Single: $136.42 per bi-weekly pay period.
▪ Employee + Child(ren): $256.29 per bi-weekly pay period.
▪ Employee + Spouse: $269.48 per bi-weekly pay period.
▪ Family: $429.52 per bi-weekly pay period.

❑ Health Navigator is offered to employees enrolled in a KMC medical plan and their immediate (covered) family at no cost! This
program empowers members to confidently make decisions about their health, resulting in improved health outcomes and cost

variety of needs including: scheduling/questions on routine and preventative care, exploring treatment plans and options,
connecting you with top specialists and medical institutions, second opinions on diagnosis and treatments and much more!
➢ DENTAL INSURANCE—PPO network with coverage provided through Delta Dental. $50 Deductible/single, $150/family; $1,000 annual
maximum benefit. Includes $1,000 orthodontia benefit for dependent children.
▪ Single: $14.70 per bi-weekly pay period.
▪ Employee + 1: $28.41 per bi-weekly pay period.
▪ Family: $49.54 per bi-weekly pay period.
➢ VISION INSURANCE—$10 deductible for exam, $25 deductible for materials, per covered member. Coverage provided through Superior
Vision.
▪ Single per bi-weekly pay period: $3.24
▪ Employee + 1 per bi-weekly pay period: $6.49
▪ Family per bi-weekly pay period: $8.60
➢ SHORT-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE—Coverage provided through KMC. Company-paid insurance to cover loss of income due to
hospitalization (day 1) or illness/injury (day 8) occurring outside of the workplace for up to 180 days.
➢ LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE—Coverage provided through Mutual of Omaha. Rates are income and age banded.
➢ LIFE INSURANCE—Coverage provided through Mutual of Omaha. Company provides life insurance and accidental death and
dismemberment insurance at 1.5 times the employee’s annual salary. Additional life insurance may be purchased by the employee.
*Please note that the above benefits will become effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
➢ 401(k) PLAN—Administered through Transamerica. Employees may defer an allowable percentage of their income into a regular or Roth
401(k) savings account and choose from different investment options intended for low, moderate or high risk. Upon reaching plan
eligibility, the company will match 50% of the first 6% the employee defers. Vesting of company contributions occurs on a graduated
scale over a six-year period.
➢ VACATION – Prorated the first year. Eligible for 80 hours after the 1st year of service, 96 hours after year 2 and 8 additional hours for
every year of service thereafter until reaching the maximum of 160 hours at 10 years of service.
➢ HOLIDAYS—10 paid holidays annually.
