Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Port Washington, Wisconsin
Job Description
As an Equipment/Facilities Preventative Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of preventative maintenance. This includes:
Maintain and enhance production quality by ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
Collaborate with production teams and subcontractors to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyors.
Contribute to building maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems.
Engage in precision machining and manage tasks such as shaping, cutting, and fabricating metal parts.
Innovate and fabricate repair parts using various machines and tools.
Record and manage data using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Work within teams committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
Hard Skills
Preventative maintenance on CNC and manual machining equipment
Operation of sump pumps, pressure washers, forklifts, man lifts, overhead cranes
Filter replacements on CNC equipment, air compressors, HVAC units
Record keeping of PM actions

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $64000.00 - $73000.00
